	Terms and Conditions Joe Bonamassa Pre-Release Promotion The Ballad Of John Henry Affiliate Sales Program & RAH Giveaway Promotion Period from Jan 26th through September 30th Sponsored By J&R Adventures, LLC To be an authorized affiliate of the Joe Bonamassa Pre-release affiliate sales promotions, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement as stated by J&R Adventures. Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the Joe Bonamassa service as an affiliate as it directly pertains the “pre-release promotion The Ballad Of John Henry (TBOJH). By signing up for the Joe Bonamassa affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions as stated below: 1. Affiliate Commission - All Affiliates will earn 14% sales commission per CD from sales generated from the Pre-Release promotion of TBOJH unique links provided to Affiliates to be utilized in outbound email campaigns and banner ads on websites between Jan 26th and December 31st 2009 (Links will expire and this specific affiliate offer will terminate at 11:59:59 December 31st 2009). 2. Gibson Guitar Giveaway & Promotion Period - The Affiliate that sells the most CD’s during the promotional period will be the winner of 1 of 300 Inspired by Joe Bonamassa Limited Edition Gibson Guitars released in 2008 by Gibson Guitar Corporation. THE PROMOTION PERIOD FOR THE GIBSON GUITAR IS BETWEEN JULY 24TH – SEPTEMBER 30TH. The Winner will be announced by October 7th. In the event of a tie by more then one Affiliate that sells the most number of CD’s, an ultimate winner will be chosen by a representative of J&R Adventures from a random drawing with having the names of each affiliate tied for the most CD’s sold. J&R Adventures has the sole authority to select Winner in the event of the tie from a random drawing. 3. Commission Paid quarterly - All Affiliates that generate sales for the pre-release TBOJH will receive payment within 30 days following the end of the calendar quarter Sept 30 and December 31st. All Links for this pre-release promotion for TBOJH will expire as of December 31st. 4. Payment United States & Canadian Affiliates - Affiliates from the United States & Canada will be entitled to receive payment in “paper check form” or electronically through PayPal on commissions earned from this promotion paid quarterly. 5. Payment International Affiliates (All Affiliates outside of United States or Canada) – DUE TO THE HIGH COST OF ADMINISTRATING THE AFFILIATE PROGRAM OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA International Affiliate must earn at least $6 in commissions during the promotion period to be entitled to receive payment from this either by “paper check form” or electronically through PayPal.. ANY INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE THAT EARNS LESS THEN $6, WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO RECEIVE ANY PAYMENT AND RELEASES J&R ADVENTURES AND ANYONE DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO THIS PROMOTION FROM ANY OBLIGATION OF PAYMENT NOW OR IN THE FUTURE. 6. Travel Reimbursement Requirements - The Affiliate that is awarded the guitar will be eligible to receive $750 to cover Transportation and Lodging Expenses required for contestant to receive Guitar on stage directly from Joe Bonamassa, at a show of their choice in October 2009 (some exceptions may apply). However, in the event that the Affiliate that sells the most CD’s chooses not travel for any reason then Affiliate will NOT be entitled to receive any amount of the $750 Transportation or Hotel reimbursement. In the event the winning Affiliate chooses to travel, the winning Affiliate will receive actual Transportation and Hotel reimbursement along with Guitar at the show of their choice in October 2008. In the event the Affiliate chooses not to come to a show in October 2008, the Guitar will be sent to address indicated by Affiliates registration. 7. Shipping and Handling – There is free domestic shipping for U.S. and Canada only. International transactions will incur a shipping surcharge based on quantity of the item purchased. 8. Terms & Conditions subject To Change – J&R Adventures reserves the right at is sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of the program at anytime.
