Topic: Celestion G12H-100

Does anyone have any experience with this speaker (the original from the mid-80s)? There's very little info when you google it.

Re: Celestion G12H-100

Seems to be a pretty rare speaker...  wink  Anyone ever used/played one?

The Celestion G12-100 speakers are rare.Celestion G12-100 speakers has 400 watts RMS. This is basically a heavy duty version of the 1960 cab and made in the late 70's/early 80's. I purchased one at $250.If you want to bye it available at ebay.

Great Speaker... My Jim Kelley amp came stock with one.. I put my standard EV-12L for the restoration that Jim himself did.. The Celestion 100 watter went into the Caveman's Iso cab in the studio..  Great find if you can snag them.

Re: Celestion G12H-100

I thought about the original 80s G12H-100 to replace the V30s for my Jubilee clone. But now I'm probably going for Scumbacks. I'm not quite sure whether it's going to be the M75, J75 or H75. Hence http://www.jbonamassa.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=16019
