I heard the news today, OH BOY...thanks Lee...This is the most exciting news in my Joe Bonamassa life, part of a dream coming true ...I can't even imagine how excited Joe is/ was!!! Holy Cannolli!!!! I had a feeling about this, this morning when I first read about Eric being in Bahrain. Just so very cool and a nice compliment to boot...:)

Was that Joe in the background when Eric was interviewed at the F1 Grand Prix in Bahrain - maybe they were "hangin' together". Or was it a special performance with Eric after the Grand Prix??????

Joe must simply be thrilled beyond belief. Wow! THAT IS SO EXCITING!!!! I'm so pleased for him and so proud of him. What a year! I wonder what's next?
I also wonder whether Carmine, Bogie, or Rick had to climb up onto the ladder in order to peel Joe off the ceiling. Seriously!!!!! I'll bet Joe could fly back to us without the help of an airplane right about now.

Hi Tripsy,
I'm concerned about the live album as well. I found a statement online indicating that the new live album may have to be canceled, but I haven't brought it up on the forum because I wanted to wait for a definitive answer from Joe on the issue. I'm sure we will learn more shortly.

Many thoughts.....Glad that Joe and Eric had a face to face. Those 2 together..wow...How far do I need to travel??? The "Live" CD on hold..I trust Joe's judgement. There must be reasons. I was really uncomfortable with the way it was being described anyway. The blurb about taking the audience out, etc.....well, we know when we get a new "product" from Joe, it will be stellar.
