Joe Bonamassa, one of the world’s premiere guitarists, will perform four exclusive concerts in London during March 2013. Each concert will be specially filmed for DVD and will feature never-before performed live tracks.

The four London concerts will chronicle Joe’s atmospheric rise from the intimate club atmosphere of The Borderline to the prestigious Royal Albert Hall. Hailed as The Guitar Event of the Year, Bonamassa will pay homage to the historic London venues he has performed at previously by individually showcasing a unique theme, band set up, and Set list for each venue. Collectively, there will be over 60 new and old songs performed over the four nights, with a few surprises scattered throughout the shows.

The London run will start at the intimate 200-capacity London Borderline on Tuesday, March 26. This show will showcase the early years of Joe's career with Joe using only a 3-piece band and performing songs from over 10 years ago from his first few albums including tracks like Pain and Sorrow and Miss You, Hate You. The audience at the Borderline will be experiencing a concert that is very special and extremely rare. Bonamassa will then play the 02 Shepherds Bush Empire on Wednesday, March 27th. This show will present Joe's work with traditional Memphis Blues arrangements including fan favorites from Stop! to Black Night. This night also includes the amazing horn section that was showcased back in 2009 at Joe's First Royal Albert Hall show which will enhance these favorites tenfold. Next on Joe's Trip through his musically career is the HMV Hammersmith Apollo on Thursday, March 28th. This very special night will be a ROCK fan's dream because Joe is bringing his best BLUES-ROCK favorites like Tea for One and Dislocated Boy with the best arena style atmosphere. Then rounding out the tour Joe will end this HISTORIC FEAT at the prestigious Royal Albert Hall on Saturday, March 30. This show will display two completely separate sets of songs with two very distinctive bands. There will be a very special Blues-Rock set that Joe's Fans can always count on him to master and a very special Encore presentation of the Acoustic Band that is featured on Joe's Newest DVD/CD "An Acoustic Evening At The Vienna Opera House." Fan favorites will range from Just Got Paid, If Heartaches Were Nickels and Driving Towards The Daylight to Jockey Full of Bourbon, Ballpeen Hammer, and Jelly Roll. The entire week will leave fans and critics chomping at the bit to relive the amazing concert experiences again and again. Luckily, we will be recording these shows so that they may be memorialized on film forever.
